Mark Putiyon

Chief Executive Officer

President and CEO of TSI, Mark Putiyon graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University with a BS in Information Technology and a minor in Programming. Mark is the former president of Tech Solutions and has over 25 years of IT industry experience. He holds certifications in Microsoft, Novell, Apple, Cisco, Barracuda and Dell. Mark manages the Technology Department and the Sales and Marketing teams of TSI. Additionally, he spent three years in the Mojave Desert with the United States Army. He is involved with his local church by serving as a former deacon. Mark volunteered with both youth and audio visual ministries. When away from the office he enjoys paintball, video gaming, playing cards and his favorite board game, Settlers of Catan, with his boys.

William Burke

Chief Information Security Officer

William Burke, an accomplished cybersecurity veteran, brings over 20 years of collective experience across the military, federal, and private sectors. He currently serves as the CISO & Director of Cybersecurity at TSI. Prior to this role, William held key positions such as the Deputy Chief of Vulnerability Evaluations at CISA, co-founded the nation's red team at DHS, and served 8 years with the United States Air Force. William's expertise extends across the cybersecurity spectrum, holding 15 industry certifications including the OSCP, GCIH, and CISSP. With a passion for cybersecurity education, he has also developed and taught cybersecurity courses as an adjunct graduate professor and currently serves as an Advisor to EC-Council on their CEH-Master committee. Beyond his qualifications, William is also a respected speaker and has shared his expertise at events such as the internationally renowned BlackHat cybersecurity conference and with media outlets like Fox News and HBO Vice. With a passion for education and a commitment to cybersecurity, William Burke stands at the forefront of safeguarding digital assets in an ever-evolving threat landscape. His leadership at TSI reflects his unwavering dedication to the field.

Jack is a seasoned accounting professional who has over 35 years of accounting experience. A proven history for improving processes and managing budgetary parameters. A demonstrated ability to enhance cash flow through customer conversion initiatives and negotiating vendor settlements. An exhibited commitment to achieving the corporate mission by reporting useful financial information for both domestic (GAAP) and international (IFRS) within a designated timeframe. Additional core competencies include budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and executive level presentations. Donovan Brock

Director of Engineering & Support

Donovan is a solutions-oriented, results-driven IT Director with more than 15 years in the IT Industry. His background is from a world of outsourced managed IT services, so he has a wide range of experience with many different types of systems and environments. More recently, Donovan has been involved with the planning and implementation of information security solutions. He has notable success implementing a broad range of initiatives in direct support of business objectives for various industries. Specific areas of expertise include Information and Technology management consulting, network design and implementation, software operations, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning. He has a proven track record in secure network design, system analysis and development, and full life-cycle IT project management.

Terry Stockholm Profile

Terry Stockholm

Director of Federal Programs

Mr. Terry L Stockholm is TSI’s Facility Security Officer. He is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel in communications/electronics and cyber operations as well as a retired GS-15 Supervisory Electronics Engineer and Information Technology Specialist with over 45 years of expertise in the C4ISR arena. He most recently served as the Deputy Chief of FEMA IT Operations and Chief of IT Disaster Operations responsible for operations, maintenance, program management and planning for all IT services supporting FEMA activities nationwide. He has multiple tours at national and international spectrum management offices, deployed to Operations Desert Storm and Provide Comfort as a Senior Communications Planner. He has commanded a communications squadron and a tour of duty on the National Airborne Operations Center supporting the President in nuclear command and control. Since his retirement from the Air Staff in 1999 he has been a government contractor supporting the Pentagon renovation project and was a program manager in the recovery after the attack. He was a contractor supporting DHS CIO during the standup of that department and then selected as a division chief in the DHS Wireless Management Office where in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina he was tapped by the Secretary of Homeland Security to evaluate and recommend changes to ensure all levels of responders can communicate in a similar disaster. Mr Stockholm returned to private industry in 2006 but the call to serve led him to return to Federal Service in 2008 until his retirement in 2016 and subsequent return to industry.

Bob Pople

Help Desk Manager

Bob has held multiple positions within the organization. He works remotely from Illinois but travels to the TSI offices throughout the year. Bob brings to the table over 25 years of management experience in high volume retail as well as owned and operated a PC repair shop for over a decade. He volunteers with the local Police Department and Police Benevolent Association during events as well as with his local High School’s FFA Student car restoration projects. As a veteran of the US Army, he held multiple MOS(s) as a Forward Observer and Air Defense Artillery during the latter years of his service. Bob spent his entire working life in the Service industry polishing his “customers first” skillset. When away from the office Bob is a Jack of all trades, he enjoys remodeling and building with his hands, Fishing, PC Gaming and Community Service.

With over 20 years of experience in managing IT projects and leading technical teams, Mark is a seasoned technology consultant who helped 100s SMB clients navigate their digital transformation journeys. Mark has a very comprehensive skill sets across various domains, such as infrastructure, cloud, Cybersecurity and vCIO, to deliver customized and robust solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and security. Mark is passionate about building vital relationships with my customers, my team, and my vendors, and always act in their best interest. When not at work, Mark keeps himself very busy with a long list of passions. Outdoors's tops the list with hiking, biking, Kayaking and Amateur Mycology. Mark can often be found with greasy hands after fixing one of his Vintage Vespas or working on his Airstream Trailer.

Perris Herrera

Account & Marketing Manager

Perris is bringing with her an extensive 20-year background in Customer Relations and Retail Management. She was also responsible for the Training & Development of many teams within her district and region. Perris is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive and persistent attitude to advocate for all her clients to ensure they receive the best possible service. She completed college in Pittsburgh where she studied to become a Veterinarian Technician. Perris loves to travel and spend time with her family and her fur babies.

Seasoned small-business owner and founder with nearly 30 years of experience executing the development and marketing of B2B and B2C computer hardware and technology solutions. Extensive experience in all aspects of business leadership, including, marketing, sales, operations, and accounting, while enthusiastically executing the highest standards in diversity or hiring and cultural sensitivity, with a focus on integrity, ethics and leadership. Continually exceeds expectations by creating valuable partnerships, working well with people at all levels of an organization, including senior executives, team members, and customers, in both the public and private sector.

Michael has brought with him over 30 years of customer relations. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing and the service industry, which gives him the ability to handle any situation with care and understanding and to help move the business development process forward seamlessly.
